Katie Phillips
Katie started her career in recruitment nearly a decade ago with one of the UK’s most successful high street recruitment agencies. Being based initially in Poole but then moving across to Southampton, Katie experienced a wide variety of industries and sectors being fortunate enough to work with some market leading blue chip companies. After some great years of working within this organisation Katie was offered a change to work for a division of the world’s first, and largest, specialised staffing firm. Whilst with this American owned company Katie learnt a great deal, enjoying the fast pace and the highly competitive environment. However her ultimate goal was always to work for herself and offer the same high standards she had been taught by some of the best agencies in the world.
Early in 2008 Katie formed Foster-Harrington in her home town of Yeovil and now feels she can offer a bespoke service to all. Committed and dedicated, she is keen to make a real difference in the recruitment industry, making Foster – Harrington a name known and respected by all.
Charlotte Fridd
Charlotte started her career in recruitment as an office assistant within an independent agency whilst saving to fund a year of work and travel in Australia and other exotic locations.
It was whilst working in Australia that Charlotte found a true passion and flair for recruitment. She was employed by a leading marketing group as a Sales and Resourcing Executive and later became a Client Sales Representative for one of Australia’s biggest shopping networks.
On returning to the UK, Charlotte was eager to continue her career in recruitment and was offered a temporary position within one of the world’s leading international agencies. Quickly recognising her potential, Charlotte was offered a permanent position within the organisation as a Resourcer and swiftly advanced to Industrial Consultant, running and growing a successful desk. She continued to progress into their commercial division and managed the office-based recruitment for the Mendip area before joining Foster-Harrington in early 2008.
Recently completing an REC Diploma in Recruitment Practice, in her spare time Charlotte enjoys surfing, networking and travelling.
Annie Booth
Annie is our dedicated book keeper. Having set up and run a successful equine business, Annie realised her real flair was for figures and so she studied for her AAT Intermediate NVQ level 3. This gave her the qualification she needed to match her practical experience.
Here at Foster-Harrington we have found her to be accurate, precise and dedicated to making our accounts and payroll system run seamlessly.
When Annie’s not up to her eyes in time sheets and invoices, she can be found out and about with her other true delights in life - Pip & Tilly her Labrador crosses and her horse Foally (or Colour Sergeant as he is also known).
